Domino's Pizza in Diamond, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 2255 E Division St location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Handle cash transactions and manage financial aspects of store operations
- Interact professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Answer phone calls and process customer orders accurately
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
- Train and mentor new team members on store operations and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures
- Contribute to achieving store performance goals and targets
Calificaciones
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage team members
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
- Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
- Time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient store operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in the pizza industry or food service (a plus)
