- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries and orders
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Prepare products according to company standards and customer specifications
- Provide a positive and friendly customer experience in all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall business operations
Calificaciones
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills for order processing and data entry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly
- Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
