Domino's Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various in-store tasks as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Calificaciones
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems
- Food handling experience or willingness to learn proper techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
