We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Normandy, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle phone orders and coordinate timely food preparation and delivery
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store performance
Calificaciones
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Food safety certification (preferred)
