Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders to customers safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, both over the phone and at the door.
- Safely operate a vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.
- Assist with in-store duties, such as folding boxes, food preparation, and general cleaning.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: A valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Vehicle: Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
- Navigation: Strong navigational skills and familiarity with the Casper area to locate addresses quickly.
- Attitude: Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Physical ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and navigate stairs and other terrain.
- Work conditions: The ability to work in varying weather conditions.
