We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Lake St. Louis location (157 Pond Fort Trl, Ste 102). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your efficiency and professionalism directly impact customer satisfaction. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Lake St. Louis and surrounding areas
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all customers, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Carefully handle and transport packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately when required
- Maintain detailed delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management promptly
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical concerns immediately
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
- Collaborate with the team to support operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Calificaciones
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations
- Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and customer service
