Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Fenton, United States location on South Highway 141. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
- Process cash transactions and handle payments
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and cleanliness standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
