We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 305 W. Beaufort St. in Normal, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate with other managers to implement company initiatives and promotions
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Calificaciones
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other relevant software
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Food safety certification (preferred)
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
