Join our team as a Delivery Driver at our Louisville location on Preston Highway! We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service with every order. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers' doors while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced delivery environment where your dedication directly impacts customer satisfaction.
- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and company safety standards
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management in a timely manner
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after shifts, reporting any maintenance needs or damage promptly
- Handle packages with care, ensuring orders arrive in excellent condition
- Collect payments when applicable and process transactions accurately
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparency
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and adhere to company appearance standards
- Collaborate with team members and management to support overall operational goals
Calificaciones
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to navigate routes effectively using GPS technology and map reading
- Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine willingness to provide outstanding customer service
- Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
