We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our pizza restaurant located at 1715 Hwy 78 Suite C in Dora, Alabama. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Support the Manager in staff supervision, training, and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
- Maintain food quality standards and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Participate in menu planning and implementation of promotional activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve efficiency
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Step in for the Manager when necessary and make decisions in their absence
Calificaciones
- Prior pizza restaurant experience is REQUIRED
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to provide at least 3 credible professional references
- Valid driver's license and dependable car with current insurance
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
