We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in High Ridge, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is handled with professionalism and care. This role offers the flexibility to work at your own pace while maintaining the highest standards of service. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the High Ridge area
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery point
- Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Organize and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing our organization
Calificaciones
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Physical capability to load, unload, and handle packages safely
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning tools
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
