We are seeking a friendly and supportive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service.
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
Calificaciones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexible schedule, as weekend and evening shifts may be required
