Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Ottawa, United States, as an Assistant Manager at our 200 East Norris location! We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service
- Manage and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Run shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
- Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and achieve performance goals
- Train and develop new team members
- Assist in scheduling and payroll management
Calificaciones
- Proven experience in food service or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
- Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
