- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Answer phone calls and process customer orders efficiently
- Participate in store cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Support the store manager in implementing company policies and procedures
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed

- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
