Are you a natural-born leader ready to take charge? Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Shift Runner to join our team. As a Shift Runner, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and customer service
- Manage inventory, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor new team members on company policies and procedures
- Assist in scheduling and staff management to optimize store performance
- Collaborate with store management to implement new initiatives and achieve business goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Contribute to the store's overall success by meeting sales targets and improving efficiency
Calificaciones
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to learn company-specific procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Champaign-Urbana area (preferred)

$15-$17 an hour
