We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Scott Afb, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Contribute to a positive work environment and foster team collaboration
- Participate in employee training and development initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Calificaciones
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Solid understanding of store operations and cash management procedures
- Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a dynamic work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Food safety certification (preferred)
