NOW HIRING: OUR NEXT BEST MANAGER!
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven manager to lead our team and support continued store growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and professionalism while maintaining operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Management: Take full ownership of all shift operations, maintaining high standards for safety, speed of service, cleanliness, and overall performance. Hold the team accountable for meeting company expectations.
- Food Safety & Quality: Set and enforce high standards for food safety, food quality, proper preparation, portioning, and product presentation. Ensure all team members follow food safety procedures and maintain those standards every shift.
- Financial & Cost Control: Monitor food costs, labor, cash, and inventory. Complete required paperwork and take action to improve store profitability and reduce waste.
- Staffing & Team Development: Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing team members. Set clear expectations, provide consistent feedback, and lead by example.
- VIP Customer Experience: Create a customer-first culture where every guest is treated like a VIP. Deliver friendly, professional, fast, and accurate service while resolving concerns and exceeding customer expectations.
- Store Standards & Accountability: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming store. Set high expectations and hold the team accountable for meeting them.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old and hold a valid driver's license
- Previous experience of supervising / leading teams
- Minimum of 1 year of store management experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
