Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Florissant, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and orders
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Prepare and package products according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Calificaciones
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
