Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Cocoa, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service at our 4600 W King St Cocoa, FL 32926.
- Manage and supervise store operations during assigned shifts
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
- Oversee cash handling, inventory management, and cost control measures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in staff scheduling and payroll management
- Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to brand standards
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing initiatives and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members

- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong mathematical aptitude for cash handling, inventory control, and financial reporting
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and solve problems efficiently

- Proficiency in following and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team members

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
