We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our 107 Wildwood Rd location in Willernie, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
- Create and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Assist in financial management, including cash handling and reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members
- Step in for the store manager when necessary
Calificaciones
- Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
