We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville location on Fegenbush Ln. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with the customers you serve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values efficiency, and enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout assigned routes in the Louisville area
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer service
- Load, unload, and handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and customer feedback
- Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly demeanor
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
- Organize and manage delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing our organization positively in every interaction
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
Calificaciones
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
- Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Professional attitude, integrity, and a commitment to safety
- Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Louisville area and local routes
