Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1900 North Belt East location in Belleville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to success.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Train and develop new team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
- Assist in scheduling and payroll management
- Respond to and resolve operational issues as they arise
Calificaciones
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
