ASSISTANT MANAGERS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING BASIC EXPECTATIONS WHILE IN THEIR POSITION: SET THE EXAMPLE BY:

  • ⎫ ▪ACTING WITH GOOD JUDGEMENT 

  • ⎫ ▪ACTING AS A ROLE MODEL ON HOW JOBS SHOULD BE COMPLETED 

ADHERING TO SAFETY AND SECURITY GUIDELINES BY: 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO PROPERLY HANDLE CASH 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO PERFORM A TILL TURNOVER 

  • ⎫ ▪KNOWING THE PROPER BAD ORDER PROCEDURES 

  • ⎫ ▪KNOWING THE SAFE PROCEDURES 

  • ⎫ ▪KNOWING THE CALL BACK PROCEDURES 

EXECUTE BASIC STORE OPERATIONS THAT INCLUDE: 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO MAKE A GREAT LARGE PEPPERONI PIZZA UNDER 50 SECONDS OR LESS 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO PROPERLY OPEN AND CLOSE THE STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO OPERATE ALL STATIONS WITHIN THE STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING AWARE OF AND ENFORCING ALL IMAGE STANDARDS 

  • ⎫ ▪ENSURING THE TEAM KNOWS HOW TO READ JOB AIDS AND ARE UTILIZING SCALES 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO MAKE GREAT PRODUCT 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS APPROPRIATELY AND PROMPTLY 

  • ⎫ ▪KNOWING WHAT TO DO WHEN EQUIPMENT IS NOT WORKING 

  • ⎫ ▪PRACTICING AND ENFORCING HTA WITHIN THE STORE AT ALL TIMES 

  • ⎫ ▪UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE SERVICE GOALS ARE FOR THE STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪KNOWING HOW TO ROUTE DRIVERS BY USING THE MAP SYSTEM OR BY HAVING A REASONABLE UNDERSTANDING OF THE DELIVERY AREA 

  • ⎫ ▪DIRECTING THE TEAM APPROPRIATELY WHEN IN CHARGE OF A SHIFT 

  • ⎫ ▪ASSISTING IN MAINTAINING A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪KNOWING HOW TO DATE AND PUT A TRUCK DELIVERY AWAY 

  • ⎫ ▪KNOWING WHAT TO DO WHEN RUNNING OUT OF PRODUCT 

  • ⎫ ▪MONITORING PRODUCT EXPIRATION DATES 

  • ⎫ ▪ASSISTING THE GM BY TRAINING AND CROSS TRAINING TEAM MEMBERS 

  • ⎫ ▪ASSISTING THE GM TO IMPROVE SPEED AND HUSTLE WITHIN THE STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪LEARNING HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT AND SOLVE PROBLEMS WITHIN THE STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND CREATING A FUN ATMOSPHERE
