Domino's Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our 1613 S 9th St location in St Louis, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
- Manage and lead a team of store employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with upper management to achieve store goals and objectives
- Monitor and control costs related to labor, food, and supplies
- Maintain accurate financial records and complete required paperwork
- Participate in local marketing initiatives to drive business growth
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery operations

- Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry
