Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact with our customers. We value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist customers through the ordering process. In this role, CSRs also gain valuable experience by assisting with in-store duties and learning the pizza delivery business.

About the job
CSRs are the first friendly voice and face our customers meet. You'll take orders, help customers through the menu and pitch in around the store.
What you'll earn
$12.80/hr
Schedule
Mostly evenings and weekends, part-time and flexible. It's a good fit for students, a second job or summer work.
Room to grow
Many of our General Managers started as CSRs. Do well here and you can move into our Management Development Program.
What you'll do
Answer every call on the first ring and take orders accurately
Help customers with questions and resolve concerns
Pitch in on in-store work: food prep, cleaning, dishes and stocking

Calificaciones
What you need
16 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Clear, friendly communication
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced team; some computer experience helps
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
