We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Litchfield, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexible hours while earning competitive compensation through hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Litchfield and surrounding areas
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Organize and manage delivery schedules efficiently to maximize route productivity and on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment information
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately
- Navigate routes using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
- Maintain a clean, well-organized vehicle interior and exterior
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving
- Lift, carry, and transport packages safely, following proper ergonomic practices
- Build positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business
Calificaciones
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of documented driving history
- Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposes
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
- Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to represent our brand with pride
- Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of local Litchfield area roads and neighborhoods
