We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our Chesterfield location (105 Long Rd). As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, leading our team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all team members are engaged, motivated, and performing at their best
- Manage cash handling, financial transactions, and money reconciliation with accuracy and transparency
- Interact professionally and empathetically with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Train, coach, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth
- Answer phones, take orders, and handle customer inquiries with a friendly and efficient approach
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, setting the standard for operational excellence
- Make decisive, analytical decisions to solve problems and optimize daily operations
- Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to support smooth store functioning
- Communicate clearly with upper management regarding performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities
- Lift and move items up to 25 pounds as part of regular operational duties
- Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach to all tasks while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment
