Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection
  • Experience with social media recruitment strongly desired
  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus
  • Strong project management skills; attention to detail
  • Solutions oriented using sound judgment and decision making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment; ability to multi task
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to professionally represent Domino’s Pizza
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential, specifically Excel
Additional Information
This position will drive recruitment strategies to identify exceptional, diverse candidates for early career positions and development programs at the World Resource Center and regional marketplace offices, which will require development and maintenance of a recruitment network through industry and campus contacts, association memberships, trade groups and social media channels.  This position will be responsible for leading the efforts to represent Domino’s on campuses.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

(60%) Manages the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple functional groups for early career talent and development programs
  • Continuously build and sustain a high quality, diverse pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
  • Proactively utilize effective passive sourcing strategies to foster relationships with high potential candidates in an effort to plan for future openings
  • Consult with hiring managers to establish a recruitment action plan and interview process, ensuring service level agreement is agreed up and communicated
  • Apply an in-depth understanding of the global business environment, specific industry strategies and specific functional knowledge in order to effectively attract and source the most qualified applicants
  • Network with the appropriate talent communities (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, alumni associations, local or national associations, etc) to attract qualified candidates
  • Review, screen and evaluate applicant’s work history (resume/application), education, training and other qualifications to make a recommendation on whether the candidate should move forward in the process based on how he/she compares to the requirements for the role
  • Schedule hiring team leader phone screens and onsite interviews, including travel as necessary
  • Provide timely and appropriate feedback to candidates throughout the interview process
  • Educate candidates on recruitment process and total compensation programs (benefit plans, Blueprint for Wellness, relo packages as necessary, Team Achievement Dividend, annual increase program, etc)
  • Manage candidate background check, drug screen and offer processes
  • Ensure that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures as well as local and national employment laws
  • Work diligently to meet all recruitment metrics, including time to present, time to interview, time to fill, candidate/hiring team leader satisfaction, diversity
  • Ensure annual staffing goals are met for GOLD by hiring exceptional talent that will be brand ambassadors for the program and for Domino’s
  • Ensure annual internship hiring goals are met with an objective that 50% of interns would receive a ‘would hire’ classification at the end of the internship program

(40%) University Relations
  • Foster career center relationships
  • Cultivate effective working relationships with colleges and universities, student organizations, faculty, special interest groups and other sources for early career, development program, and internship candidates
  • Research and foster new campus relationships that Domino’s could benefit from
  • Create and maintain annual college recruiting scorecard and campus recruitment strategies for all Domino’s recruitment areas
  • Shepherd cross-functional campus recruitment teams for focus schools ensuring productive activity and onsite visits are occurring regularly
  • Attend college recruiting events, effectively and professionally representing Domino’s
  • Ensure career fair registration happens timely
  • Coordinate participation in campus events with Domino’s employees; coach and train participants on the expectations of representing Domino’s on campus
  • Plan and facilitate annual IT and college student open houses
