Hybrid role - 3 days in office in Ann Arbor, MI

(25%) Implement strategies for innovating and optimizing digital experiences and technologies

  • Work with the Manager, Digital Innovation to execute digital user experience pilots that maximize consumer experience, improve team member processes, and/or optimize revenue in the retail environment.
  • Support Manager, Digital Innovation with the execution and progression of projects through the Digital Innovation Stage Gate process.
  • Work with the Digital Innovation team stakeholders and Domino’s leadership to prioritize and define desired user experiences, objectives, and goals.
  • Ensure projects have defined KPIs and results are measured against objectives and goals.
  • Remain current on competitive digital programs and strategies. Proactively recommend actions when needed to respond to competitive activity.
  • Work with the Manager, Digital Innovation to establish processes and metrics for a world-class retail experience discipline within the organization.


(25%) Test measurement, communication, and support product roll out

  • Use data and testing results to refine and evolve pilot and launched delivery tech capabilities.
  • Utilize additional sources, including purchase / POS data, partner data and external industry insights to monitor and optimize digital experiences and innovations.
  • Partner with field marketing, customer care, and franchisees to identify process or functionality updates and assist in determining best course of action for implementation.
  • Partner with all other departments to ensure Digital Innovation learning is communicated to all necessary organizations.
  • Work with field and ops teams to support and participate in any national roll-out planning of successful Digital Innovation pilot projects.


(50%) Project Management

  • Serve as liaison between all relevant departments, including Digital Innovation, Digital Marketing, Digital Experience, Analytics & Insights, eCommerce, Enterprise Software, store operations, field marketing, and corporate and franchise test stores, to help ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality
  • Assist with the delivery and creation of any creative or training assets needed for implementing a digital retail test initiative, including user flows, wireframes and prototypes, and functional/business rules and requirements
  • Ensure project communication is occurring so that all impacted parties have correct and timely updates on project scope and status
  • Identify any issues / bugs which arise during implementation or launch of a digital user experience and work with Manager and IT counterparts to address as appropriate.
  • Assist Manager, Digital Innovation with the implementation of large-scale projects
  • Monitor implementation / development to ensure proper level of support needed deliver on time and on budget


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, technology, business, related fields, or comparable education/experience
  • 3+ years of interactive marketing, product management, innovation, or related experience
  • Passion for innovation and willingness to learn new technologies or processes
  • Experience / understanding of Domino’s or quick service restaurant operating environment and processes preferred
  • Experience executing user-experience initiatives in technology or digital fields preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to manage details while maintaining a broad perspective on overall business goals
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and metrics measurement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
