    Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at Domino’s, you will be the face and voice of our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Handling incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
    • Assisting customers with orders, inquiries, and resolving concerns
    • Providing accurate product information and promoting current deals and specials
    • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and accurate order processing
