Job Description

The Specialist – Operations Immersion will be responsible for the execution of the Operations Immersion Program. The four-week and six-week programs are designed to give participants an introduction into Domino’s operations. Focused on the circle of operations, this program will dive into the fundamentals of how a store operates. The participants will include GOLD members, International Master Franchisee operations leaders, Corporate operations team members, and US Franchisee operations leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

(70%) Execute the Operations Immersion Training Program

  • Facilitate learning in-store through Learning Management System (LMS) and Instructor Led Training (ILT)
  • Coach participants and provide constructive feedback
  • Help to maintain the highest possible operations and food safety scores
  • Provide feedback on training systems to Manager, Operations Immersion
  • Help develop other trainers to facilitate Operations Immersion

 

(15%) Administrative

  • Provide weekly feedback to local leadership and participants team leaders on the progression of the participants
  • Present updates at selected leadership meetings, market rallies, and events
  • Complete weekly expense reports
  • Update the participant training calendar and agenda and provide clear communication around any changes
  • Assist in managing the budget for Operations Immersion
  • Track Feedback using Levels 1 – 4 of Kirkpatrick Model

 

(5%) Innovations Support

  • Pilot and rollout new innovations and operational changes to stores
  • Provide feedback for all in-store tests and pilots

 

(5%) Coach Pizza Prep School

  • Assist in the station coaching at Pizza Prep School
  • Learn to facilitate Pizza Prep School as the backup Specialist

 

(5%) Team USA Training Team Support

  • Collaborate with and support TUSA Training Team
  • Assist TUSA markets with training initiatives and rollouts

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 3+ years Domino’s or equivalent restaurant General Manager experience required
  • Outstanding presentation skills required
  • Ability to schedule, coordinate, and monitor multiple activities (“multi-tasking”) required
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Capability with PeopleSoft, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Presents a professional demeanor
  • 10% Travel
