MBA Strategic Marketing 2022 Summer Internship
Domino’s Pizza, which began in 1960 as a single store location in Ypsilanti, MI, has had a lot to celebrate lately: we’re a reshaped, reenergized brand of honesty, transparency and accountability – not to mention, great food! In the rise to becoming a true technology leader, the brand is now consistently one of the top five companies in online transactions and 65% of our sales in the U.S. are taken through digital channels. The brand continues to ‘deliver the dream’ to local business owners, 90% of which started as delivery drivers and pizza makers in our stores. That’s just the tip of the iceberg…or as we might say, one “slice” of the pie! If this sounds like a brand you’d like to be a part of, consider joining our team!
What to expect from the internship: Since we consider our interns to be our future team members, we have built our program to fully immerse interns in our culture and to develop skills for a successful future career at Domino’s. Multiple team building and learning events occur throughout the summer, such as learning how to make a perfect Domino’s pizza, a visit to one of our supply chain centers, and lunches with leaders across the organization.
MBA Marketing Interns will be joining the Marketing Team to work on cross-functional projects that involve product innovation, advertising and digital marketing to help Domino’s build strategies around menu pipeline development, consumer engagement, and brand building efforts. Interns will be given complex projects that will focus on current and future business needs. Interns will require strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, communication, project leadership, data analytics, and strategic thinking. At the end of the program, interns are given the opportunity to present their recommendations to Marketing and Executive Leadership teams.
