The Analytics & Insights team has been a key contributor to driving Domino’s industry-leading growth by pairing strategic thought leadership with the latest techniques in the fields of data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and primary marketing research. The A&I team leverages their skills to drive outstanding customer and employee experiences to fuel future growth.

The Associate Manager, Analytics & Insights (Research Science)  will manage custom research efforts to drive compelling advertising and to inform the continued growth of the Domino’s Piece of the Pie Rewards customer loyalty program.  Key methods deployed by the person in this role include ad concept testing, finished copy testing, and attitude and usage surveys.

As a successful person in this role, you will demonstrate strong primary marketing research skills (e.g. quantitative survey, qualitative research) and be able to weave findings from multiple data forms into actionable and compellingly-told insights.  


  • Assist in the management of qualitative and quantitative custom research to yield insights for the Advertising Team, including TV and radio copy testing, advertising concept testing, national advertising window tracking, and exploratory and positioning qualitative work
  • Assist in the management of qualitative and quantitative custom research to yield insights for the Loyalty Team, including assessing drivers and barriers for enrollment in and engagement with the Piece of the Pie Rewards program
  • The Associate Manager will also support the Research Science Manager with day-to-day project needs and vendor management for the Advertising and Loyalty teams, including:
  • Research design and scoping (assisting with the translation of business needs into research questions, helping to design appropriate research to meet the needs)
  • Research materials development (inputting to screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, etc.)
  • Project management (managing research vendors, onsite management/oversight of research events, i.e. focus groups)
  • Analysis & reporting (review of reports/data from vendors, translating data into a story that answers the business question, creating high quality PPT reports for internal client presentations and leadership share-outs) 
  • Project logistics (maintaining timelines, updating project management tools)
  • Communication (participation in client and vendor meetings/calls)
  • Administrative support (contracts, invoice management)
  • Ad hoc request support
  • 3+ years of primary custom research experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Marketing, Research or related field
  • Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational, project, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Openness to periodic business travel (US only; trips are generally 3-5 days in length, covering 1-2 different locations)


  • Master’s Degree in Marketing Research or related field
  • Experience working with Loyalty Programs
  • Customer research experience in QSR or retail
