Job Description

* Hybrid position requiring weekly on-site work in Ann Arbor office *

Summary of Duties: Plan, coordinate, and administer all activities related to design and implementation of company’s financial systems. Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications. Guide business analyst team on issues related to design, development, and deployment of mission-critical financial systems. Design and create applications to address business goals and objectives in core business assigned. Maintain standards for use in creation of databases, application programs and reports. Prepare management approval documents including project estimates, detailed work plans, conceptual designs for applications involving highest degree of complexity. Execute all activities to include system design, debugging, documenting, testing and implementing procedures. Maintain IT SOX compliance standards, and execute accurate/reliable reporting by ensuring data integrity and proper adherence to control procedures. Oversee activities of business system analysts. Perform project management activities: create project work plans to include project objectives, scope, critical success factors, risk assessment, timelines, resource commitments and priorities for software design and implementation. Communicate organizational vision, values, strategies, and general information to staff. Analyze team capabilities and career development objectives, providing appropriate guidance and opportunities for growth. Provide expertise in applicable software applications. Solve complex issues reported by end users. Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis based on customer requests.
      
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive experience in the management of ERP Systems. 
 
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following: 

1)    5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts, Buying and Invoicing including configuration, testing, and administration activities;
2)    2 years of experience leading a team;
3)    performing an SAP Ariba upgrade or implementation to include timeline planning, testing, and execution of cutover tasks;
4)    facilitating customer discussions to document business processes, fit/gap analysis, and recommend system solutions;
5)    supporting Ariba Network integrations and resolving issues;
6)    supporting inbound and outbound data integrations via SAP Ariba or PeopleSoft Financials; and
7)    prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.  

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
