Job Details

The digital media team is looking for a self-motivated individual and a proven critical problem solver. This role will be responsible for leading our media planning and buying efforts across Google-related digital marketing properties (Search, YouTube). This detail-oriented person would also be effective at leveraging digital media metrics to identify opportunities to improve our media program’s effectiveness in driving incremental orders. Additionally, the role requires a creative mindset to work closely with our advertising team to develop and test digital creative specific to digital media environments/attention spans. The right candidate will be able to build and leverage Google/Agency relationships to make Domino’s media most successful on Google properties.

Job Responsibilities:

(40%) Oversee all aspects of partner level digital media planning and buying

  • Lead partnership with key media partners to test industry leading strategies and deliver against sales KPIs
  • Provide strategic direction to media agency to optimize PPC campaigns to incremental order growth
  • Collaborate with SEO agency to provide best-in-class improvements to Domino’s SEO strategy
  • Improve measurement and media buying tools to more effectively determine sales impact of media coverage
  • Coordinate with advertising and creative teams to develop and test creative
  • Negotiate with partners to secure efficient media rates and added value opportunities
  • Maintain accurate budgets and timely reporting
  • Activate digital media buys through media buying platforms

(40%) Responsible for paid digital media analytics and metrics

  • Work with SEM agency to accurately understand granular views of SEM data, and identify key insights that lead to meaningful strategic and tactical campaign optimization shifts
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness
  • Work with analytics team to design media test and analyze results
  • Lead trafficking, QA, and tagging efforts to ensure data integrity
  • Present strategic opportunities and campaign performance to senior leadership
  • Act as the liaison to WRC and field teams concerning digital media

(20%) Project Management

  • Serve as liaison between Digital Marketing, IS, product development, field team and other departments to deliver outstanding consumer experiences
  • Assist where necessary to identify and solve any issues / bugs which arise during implementation or launch of a digital marketing initiative
  • Manage delivery and creation of any assets needed for implementing a digital marketing initiative, including managing all necessary vendors and agencies
  • Ensure project communication is occurring so that all impacted parties have correct and timely updates on project scope and status
  • Monitor campaign execution to ensure team has the proper level of support to deliver on time and on budget
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field
  • Google AdWords certification preferred
  • 2+ years experience of PPC and/or SEO experience
  • 3+ years of Marketing/Business experience preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
