Responsibilities:**
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure order specifications are correctly documented
- Prepare pizzas according to established quality standards and recipes
- Supervise shift operations and provide direction to team members
- Coordinate workflow and task assignments to ensure efficient shift execution
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Assume managerial responsibilities including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and training
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational efficiency goals
