Job Description

(50%) Third-Party Pricing & Promotion Strategy

  • Lead the pricing & promotion strategy for third-party partnerships, partnering closely with the Analytics & Insights and  Digital Media teams to evolve and execute strategies that maximize the brand’s value
  • Serve as a third-party subject matter expert by proactively recommending actions to ensure Domino’s maintains a competitive and sustainable third-party presence without cannibalizing our owned platforms
  • Provide thought leadership on the third-party campaign strategy and calendar
  • Lead with the “test and learn” mentality to avoid cannibalization on our owned platforms
  • In collaboration with the Marketing Center of Excellence & Digital Media teams, effectively communicate the pricing and promotions strategy to internal stakeholders, providing education to the field and franchisees as needed

(50%) Third-Party Internal Alignment, Communication, & Process Leadership 

  • In partnership with the third party, lead the development of campaign briefs effectively communicating the business challenge, the consumer audience and relevant insights, and the brand positioning
  • In collaboration with external and internal teams/agencies, manage creative development, feedback, & execution of campaigns to ensure the Domino’s brand is prominent and showcased well on and off platform
  • Continuous collaboration with cross-functional key stakeholders to hit key project milestones and ongoing third-party success key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor established business KPIs to ensure the third-party strategy helps in maximizing value for Domino’s in addition to owning performance reporting deliverables
  • Assist in content creation and facilitation of Monthly Steering Committee Meetings, Business Reviews, and System Calls



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management (Masters or MBA preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in business management, brand management consulting, digital marketing, product management, or related experience
  • Experience in the third-party food delivery aggregator or quick service restaurant (QSR) industry preferred
  • Strong analytical ability to analyze data to identify and clearly communicate insights
  • Demonstrates cross-functional and thought leadership skills, including development of timelines, and key milestones
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to tailor the message to different audiences, ranging from cross-functional key stakeholders to senior leadership
  • Ability to travel as needed
