Job Details

Administer Compliance Programs Related to Background Checking, Drug Testing & Motor Vehicle Records

 

  • Research adjudication issues that arise with CBC and MVR vendors and adjudicate in partnership with HR Generalist/HRBP & Talent Acquisition
  • Process 3-year criminal background checks, adjudicate and escalate any issues
  • Process MVR re-runs that are not automatically graded by PeopleSoft
  • Initiate MVRs and report result due to auto accidents at corporate stores and supply chain centers
  • Administer driving exception agreement and non-automobile delivery processes, including Biker report & DEA dispatch report
  • Process pre-adverse and adverse communication when necessary
  • Ensure employment drug screens are performed swiftly and accurately and meet the minimum drug and alcohol testing rates in accordance with federal guidelines.
  • Follow up on random drug testing program and liaison with field administrators and vendors

 

DOT Commercial Driver Qualification Program

  • Process commercial driver qualification (DQ) files
  • Communicate directly with Supply Chain Center delivery and service team leaders on DQ file results, regulatory compliance changes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Complete driver compliance section of Supply Chain Center audit
  • Maintain all documentation related to commercial driver hiring in PeopleSoft HRMS and JJ Keller
  • Complete verification of employment requests for DOT related roles
  • Maintain reporting for management and follow up on any outstanding compliance documents

 

Employment Documentation & Administration

  • Administer I-9’s for corporate hires
  • Monitor and manage through tentative non-confirmations, expiring work documents and SSN mismatches
  • Monitor, execute and ensure compliance in company locations for required postings leverage GovDocs
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries and requests from the PFCompliance inbox
  • Complete various audits and reports i.e. Hire/Term report, SSN Audit etc.
  • In partnership with HRBP’s & HRG’s submit unemployment claims on behalf of DPZ to vendor in a timely manner
  • Monitor, report and follow up on company’s compliance of NTO paperwork and required employment documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Business Management or Human Resources, preferred
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in human resources or compliance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills                          
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
