1. All aspects of customer service including but not limited to taking phone orders, taking over the counter orders, handling customer complaints and concerns, answering customer inquires
2. Handling cash transaction accurately and efficiently.
3. Working at the required speed and accuracy at all times.
4. All aspects of product production including but not limited to pre-rush prep, post rush prep, stocking of items, product assembly, product cooking and packaging for distribution
5. All aspects of cleaning.
6. Any work related request made by the management.
7. Help other employees complete their tasks when able
8. Maintain an image in dress, personal grooming and hygiene that meet company standards.
