Job Details

The Director of Inclusion & Diversity is responsible for helping to shape and lead the implementation of our Inclusion & Diversity strategy, programs, and initiatives. The Director of I&D will play a pivotal role in driving execution against all prioritized work as we weave Inclusion & Diversity into all aspects of our business. This role will serve as a culture leader and provide direct leadership to the I&D CoE. The Director of I&D will serve as a consultant, culture coach, and leader to matrixed leadership of the ERGs, I&D cross-functional steering committee, and other key stakeholders in the business. This role reports to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Leadership Development, and Inclusion & Diversity.

 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Drive a comprehensive roadmap for the continued impact of our I&D strategic plan – ensuring a continued focus on Workforce Representation, Workplace Culture, and Marketplace impact.
  • Partner with key functions in HR to influence selection processes that will eliminate bias and talent development for individuals and leaders to ensure inclusivity and equitable practices.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in developing enterprise programs to drive progress in external facing initiatives with transparency and measurable results. ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), Public Relations, Community Relations, Procurement, and Marketing.
  • Lead routines around monitoring and measuring demographic trends relative to representation, progression, and equity within the organization.
  • Co-develop and sustain external partnerships to elevate Domino’s presence and impact as an employer of choice in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. 
  • Co-develop and drive strategic plan around involvement in external benchmarking surveys.
  • Responsible for budget planning for the I&D team.
  • Influence & monitor the application of strategic investments in external partnerships relative to fostering inclusion, diversity, learning, and opportunity.
  • Lead a team responsible for day-to-day program management and project execution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging topics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with organizations to propose innovative solutions and drive outcomes in the areas of representation, belonging and inclusion, and/or reaching a more diverse customer base.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion topics, including but not limited to equity, belonging, anti-racism, global inclusion, cultural humility, structural inequality, and social justice.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience with leadership levels, learning and development, business partnership, organizational development, or a combination of these experiences.
  • Experience in building a strategic plan, facilitating deliverables, and working in a cross-functional manner.
  • Proven ability to manage difficult or complex topics or messages with objectivity and poise.
  • Demonstrated acumen in understanding key metrics relative to representation, progression, and demographic representation. Ability to set goals and measure progress.
  • Experience building strong relationships within the organization and with external experts in the field.
  • A high bar across the board - from personal contributions to the people you work with to the projects you work on, you maintain high standards.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
  • Experience in managing budgets, estimating, and forecasting.
  • Management of vendors, system integrators, and support teams.
