Job Details

This position will contribute to DPZ store growth by providing a geographic and financial analysis of new store opportunities. The specialist will prepare supporting business cases for development opportunities, will digitize, and maintain store delivery and service boundaries and store location points, and prepare maps for legal documents as well as for other organizational needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

(45%) Conduct Realignment Analysis for New Store Development Opportunities and Prepare Supporting Deck

  • Prepare supporting business cases upon request for realignment opportunities. Key information would include: assessment of current stores sales, service, EBITDA, demographics, real estate analysis, Domino’s market share versus competition, opportunity in currently un-serviced territories, neighboring store realignments and relocations; and a financial analysis including costs to build, sales and EBITDA projections, and ROI/payback years
  • Collaborate with field team members (BC, BD, Franchisee) to gather local market knowledge and ensure alignment with analysis and development plans
  • Utilize Multiple Data Sets and Analytical Tools
    • Tools and metrics include: PWR, P&Ls, sales and service metrics, mapping tools, real estate software, demographics, Excel, sales modeling tools and reports, and key operational performance indicator information
  • Maintain accurate and consistent documentation for all projects utilizing SalesForce/ Connect
  • Maintain accurate catalog of available and awarded opportunities

(35%) Store Delivery and Service Area Maintenance

  • Maintain and update key information related to store territories
  • Create new store boundaries for OLO routing
  • Provide sales, service, household count or other data to recommend D&S area optimizations
  • Process boundary updates to optimize D&S areas and provide existing store coverage for temporary closed locations including coordinating re-opens
  • Maintain accurate store location points using latitude & longitude coordinates for the GPS system

(20%) Legal Team & Adhoc Support

  • Prepare legal maps for documentation supporting store relocations, purchases and SFA renewals
  • Prepare maps for development agreements and single store term sheets
  • Prepare maps showing intrusion for legal documentation
  • Create cosmetic maps including but not limited to:
    • DMA level maps
    • Franchisee portfolio maps
    • Organizational maps







  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude, a superior work ethic and be self-motivated
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suites- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Experience working on a team, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with working under extreme deadlines
  • Available home Internet


  • Degree in Business, Project Management, Finance or Geospatial Analysis.
  • 1-2 Domino’s experience
  • 1-2 years of project management experience
  • 1-2 years analysis experience
  • 1-2 years ArcGIS Pro experience
  • 1-2 years Salesforce experience
