Job Details

Summary of Duties: Collect, document, and maintain authoritative list of requirements for all projects and sub-projects for customers (both internal IT and other departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, and HR). Accountable for functional design and adherence to corporate software development methodologies, as well as coordination across all technical resources throughout lifecycle of software development project. Produce project artifacts, execute key project activities such as design, test management, and cutover in addition to tracking timeline and scope of project. Responsible for development of requirements documentation and related specifications, documentation and business cases. Responsible for QA strategy, preparation, and execution process. Position does not have direct management or supervisory duties.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field of study and five (5) years of progressive experience supporting, customizing, and management of ERP Systems.


Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

1)    Requirements gathering, process mapping, and making business process recommendations; and

2)    Infrastructure, information security, and system integration concepts.
