Job Details


This role is responsible for gathering information to solve business problems with appropriate technology solutions in partnership with the Supply Chain Technology team.  The analyst will work directly with business users to gather requirements, analyze risk, and consider scale and scope when working with business partners.  The analyst will be the primary lead for the execution of technology deployments and primary point of contact for ongoing support.

  •  Assist in business requirement gathering for technology solutions; document and summarize for Supply Chain Technology partners
  • Build process flow maps to articulate current state vs. proposed future state with new technology tools
  • Analyze vendor presentations and proposals, present summaries to cross functional teams
  • Active participant in the design and development phases of new technology projects
  • Business process analysis and modeling
  • Build test cases in partnership with Supply Chain Technology for proposed new technologies to ensure business requirements have been addressed in technology development
  • Be a technical expert of the new technology tools
  • Manage the technology deployment schedule and deployment activities
  • Support the organization change management and training (OCM&T) team as necessary with project overview, design decisions, and project materials
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer from the project team to the support team(s)




  • Required:  Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or IT business/computer science)
  • Supply chain operations or system implementation experience preferred
  • Understanding of Manufacturing and Distribution preferred
  • Understanding of Store / Retail operations preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong project management skills required
  •  Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
  • Proven analytical / data driven analysis skills
  • Sense of ownership and accountability
