Job Description

Overall Responsibilities and Duties

(40%) Digital media planning and activation

  • Keep record of media plans and delivery to ensure strong historical and future-looking views of the program
  • Activate media buys in platforms such as Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram
  • Conduct quality checks on campaign set-up to ensure marketing campaigns are running as planned
  • Seek out new opportunities within existing media partners that could help improve our program’s performance
  • Assist team in evaluating new media opportunities


(40%) Responsible for digital media analytics and metrics

  • Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of media campaign performance
  • Identify trends in media performance and opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Analyze efficiency of digital media spending and identify opportunities to improve
  • Partner with Media team to identify and test opportunities to improve efficiency of digital media
  • Assist in analyzing weekly campaign results to identify stronger business-as-usual acquisition strategies on Snapchat, Meta and YouTube



(20%) Media Budget Management

  • Oversee monthly invoicing process, including quality assurance and customer service to ensure that deadlines are met, and tasks are completed
  • Partner with Finance teams to ensure payments are made, on-time and in correct fashion across media partnerships
  • Assist with management of budget trackers and documents to provide organization of clear understanding of balances and performance against plan


  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1+ years of Marketing/Business experience preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Google Ads certification preferred or experience in media buying platforms
