This is a Hybrid Position. Employee will be required to work in office Tuesday-Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1.      Identify target audiences and customer journey points for CRM marketing (25%)

·       Partner with Analytics and Insights to establish foundational customer insights informing targeted marketing

·       Determine which customer targets should be prioritized for tailored marketing to drive acquisition and increase retention

·       Monitor engagement data for loyalty program and identify opportunities to drive / maintain loyalty engagement

 

2.      Design and Activate campaigns that drive incremental revenue (30%)

·       Identify offers and additional value propositions that motivate purchase behavior for key target segments

·       Partner with Digital Experience and IT to determine how to integrate targeted campaigns into ecomm experience

·       Partner with Owned Media agency to determine how to integrate targeted campaigns into email, push and SMS channels

·       Partner with Analytics and Insights to understand and summarize incremental revenue driven by targeted campaigns

·       Optimize to ideal message frequency levels within targeted marketing campaigns

·       Design distinct and differentiated strategies for Loyalty / Non-Loyalty customers

 

3.      Design and activate on campaigns that improve customer experience (15%)

·       Develop targeted tactics that improve customer experience through surprise and delight messaging to alleviate customer pain points and celebrate customer satisfaction moments

·       Identify and execute tactics that create more rewarding experience for loyalty members

·       Partner with customer care to identify customer pain/satisfaction moments in their pizza ordering journey

·       Partner with Analytics and Insights to understand key customer journey dynamics tied to customer satisfaction

 

4.      Act a project manager for targeted marketing campaign executions (30%)

·       Build comprehensive project plan inclusive of key milestone and dependencies for targeted marketing campaigns deployed in ecommerce and owned media channels

·       Establish appropriate meeting structure to ensure continuous development of plan

·       Monitor project plan continuously and alert impacted stakeholders and leadership as changes occur

·       Build presentation materials summarizing CRM campaigns and results for franchisees, executives and cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

1+ years of experience designing and activating on CRM journeys and campaigns

Collaborator with high focus on team success across functions

A self-starter, who is proactive, eager to learn, with a focus on excellence

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must possess an understanding of owned media / digital technologies

Knowledge of online marketing tools, technology, user practices and industry direction

Ability to sift through data/insights and translate to effective marketing activation plan
