Qualifications
  • 3+ years in enterprise IT operations
  • 2+ years experience Chrome OS and Google’s Cloud management platform or 3+ years experience in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager
  • Knowledge of IP networking and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Windows triage and support
  • Experience as last level of internal IT support
  • Takes pride in work while appreciating feedback, discussion, and iteration
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations best practices
  • Ability to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
  • Ability to travel 5%
Nice to have:
  • Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
  • Experience with Splunk or similar log analyzers 
  • Experience in Windows performance analysis
  • Experience in hardware or software Quality Assurance
Additional Information
The IT Operations Analyst works within the Global IT Store Ops group and cross-functionally with other Domino’s IT groups.  These Analysts have responsibility for the operability of IT systems involved in Point of Sale and other core Domino’s store functions.  This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Working with Domino’s development and/or support teams in system problem solving
  • Deploying code and/or applications to production and pre-production systems
  • Partnering with Domino’s QA to ensure quality production deployments
  • Ensuring application and system configuration compliance for Domino’s systems
  • Monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues prior to business impact
  • Responding and resolving escalated incidents from Support or other Domino’s IT teams
  • Participating in the triage and resolution of critical, high visibility system issues
  • Analyzing systems and procedures to identify value add improvement opportunities
