Job Details

(40%) Financial Analysis and Reporting Support to Team USA Market Operators

·       Act as the lead finance support for three to four of the TUSA corporate markets

·       Prepare periodic financial reviews for the Directors of Corporate Operations (DCOs) that highlight opportunities for improvement

·       Attend periodic calls and discuss financial results with the DCO and VP - TUSA of various markets

·       Provide financial analysis and reporting to management and field operators with key initiatives

·       Partner with DCOs to identify issues and/or evaluate problems as they arise

 

(10%) New Store Financial Analysis

·       Partner with Program Leader, Development Finance to evaluate proposed new store financials and monitor performance of recently opened stores in supported markets

·       Communicate key findings to store operations leadership and partner to develop action plans and share learnings

 

(35%) Annual Budget, Quarterly Flash Forecasting, and Board Related Requests

  • Assist with the annual budget and quarterly flash forecast processes for supported markets

·       Support the Finance Director in the preparation of related presentations

 

(15%) Ad-hoc Analysis for Management and Special Projects

  • Provide financial analysis to Team USA leadership for various special requests
  • Assist with special projects, including market profitability opportunities both in the supported company markets as well as how they compare to other corporate and franchisee owned stores

·       Maintain financial models that analyze major initiatives and/or pilot tests for Team USA

·       Assist with the development of management presentations

Qualifications

·       BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA a plus

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial analysis

·       Demonstrates strong accounting and financial analysis skills

·       Ability to independently manage multiple projects

·       Ability to communicate financial information to operational audiences from store leadership to Vice President levels and partner across various finance disciplines such as accounting, tax and audit to support operational and financial initiatives

·       Builds effective business partnerships

·       Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

·       Experience with Hyperion, MicroStrategy, SQL and Peoplesoft preferred
