Job Details

Summary of Duties: Research, review, and analyze existing system processes by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to define business requirements, and application issues. Develop technical requirements for Domino’s point of sale application and business product requirements for software development in the Behavior Driven Development (BDD) format to support Quality Assurance (QA) automation. Deliver requirement artifacts that can be leveraged across all projects in the organization including, Stakeholder Maps, Feature Decomposition, Vision Statement, Acceptance Criteria, User Stories, Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, User Interface (UI) Mock Ups Design, Traceability, and Risk Analysis, among others. Adopt interactive and incremental requirement documentation to meet industrial documentation standards. Create as well as maintain functional design and adherence to corporate software development methodologies, and coordinates across all technical resources throughout the software development project lifecycle. Participate in architecting the logical design of the system including (UI) screen design, data modeling, domain modeling, and documentation of logical processing flows. Create Application Program Interface specifications and technical specification documents using swagger and presents documents to users. Provides testing support through verification of test cases and scripts, and performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the developed software meets user requirements and fits the design specifications.


Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered defined as Business Analytics. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field of study and five (5) years of progressive experience in the job offered defined as Business Analytics in lieu of a Master’s degree or equivalent and two (2) years of experience.  


Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

  • Technical Artifacts including UML diagrams and API contracts;
  • APIs for web services communicating over HTTP using JSON and XML.
  • UI and API Databases;
  • Interpreting source code of one or more programming languages;
  • Diagnosing system issues through analysis of log files;
  • Generating Quality Assurance (QA); and
  • User acceptance testing (UAT).
