Effectively manage a multi-layered marketing, advertising, and branding plan to grow Domino’s Smart Slice school lunch program resulting in increased sales and profits for Domino’s and the stores and franchisees. This person will be able to evaluate, create and execute programs that will grow the Domino’s Smart Slice brand in schools creating fun yet educational materials for various marketing outlets including targeted email, print and digital assets and state and national level school nutrition events.

(55%) Manage marketing and advertising for the Domino’s Smart Slice school lunch program.
•    Assist in the development and implementation of a brand strategy for Domino’s Smart Slice
•    Develop and implement advertising campaigns against strategic creative briefs including Print, email, digital advertising, customer retention programs.
o    Manage tactical execution of direct mail, email and digital marketing campaigns using Domino’s Connect and coordinating with email partner (Bounteous).
•    Manage the relationship with Domino’s Smart Slice/school lunch advertising agency (MINT)
•    Maintain and update Domino’s Smart Slice advertising elements and photography and update as needed. 
•    Develop and help to grow relationships with key program partners (DMI, SNA, CPSDA) and Manage and execute programs created in tandem with DMI and their State & Region partners. 
•    Communicate and assist in the maintenance of costs associated with the school lunch marketing budget.
•    Working closely with the Smart Slice sales team assisting with strategic marketing support including the development of programs and materials to meet the immediate needs of the business.

(25%) Event Management
•    Develop and implement the strategy for SNA ANC each year (Team presence, Booth, VIP event)
•    Manage all Special Events for the Domino’s Smart Slice team (WW Rally, SNIC, LAC etc.) 
•    Manage Advisory Board Meeting logistics and participate in agenda development and presentation

(10%) Sales and Operational Support
•    Create and execute the development and maintenance of sales materials (brochures, trade show booths, LSM items, sales team giveaways etc.)
•    Manage Domino’s Connect LSM requests and the distribution of these marketing materials to Customer Districts
•    Work directly with Sales Team on customer management including local SNA trade show support, LSM, and local advertising programs as needed 
•    Work with Operations Manager on creation and implementation of support tools for the Sales Team and Franchisees 

(10%) Manage College and Professional Sports Smart Slice Sales program.
•    Attend annual CPSDA Conference and coordinate Domino’s Smart Slice presence at this event including specific branding targeted towards this audience.
•    Develop targeted prospect list as a result of meeting attendance and work prospect list
•    Partner with Franchisees as needed in the implementation of sales programs
•    Build ongoing relationship with participating athletic organizations & franchisees to help drive frequency of program participation


•    3 - 5 years of marketing experience
•    Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
•    Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Understanding of a franchise organization as relates to marketing and communication.
•    A problem solver, with the ability to think creatively.
•    Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills
•    Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple activities (“multi-tasking” and the ability to wear many hats). 
•    Strong project management background and ability
•    Ability to travel – approximately 25%
