Job Details

This is a hybrid role that will require the employee to be in office 3 days a week Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

This position will primarily support the Technology function at Domino’s. The Specialist will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and execute new and renewal contracts for technology products and services. This individual contributor role will actively manage designated indirect goods/services categories, identify and develop plans to integrate new indirect goods/services categories, and negotiate cost savings for products and services within the Technology categories.




·       Collaborate with internal customers and provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative product/service options for renewals and new technology products or services

·       Manages the technology contractor master agreements, statements of work, and Ariba blanket purchase orders and guide the technology team stakeholder groups and suppliers through the process.

·       Negotiate and process contracts for other functional areas within Domino’s such as human resources and logistics, and other areas as necessary

·       Develop key relationships with internal stakeholders (both within and external to Domino’s) to effectively drive category strategies and program execution

·       Develop category strategies and business continuity plans for assigned categories

·       Source supplies and items that meet defined specifications, performance, or functionality

·       Participates in the supplier qualification process; assist Procurement Manager in development of supplier portfolio in accordance with aligned strategies, balancing performance, risk, and the need to maintain a competitive environment

·       Establish relationships with suppliers who can provide goods/services that meet Domino’s business requirements, superior service standards, and competitive prices.  Manage relationships to assure ability to effectively respond to escalation/special requests 

·       Perform ad-hoc analysis and benchmarking of Technology suppliers and category spend

·       Drive value through productivity, enhanced services, untapped synergies and/or process improvements across all managed goods/services categories which contribute to the achievement of annual Domino’s Technology and Corporate savings goals

·       Effectively communicate all program details from top down according to established

       guidelines, policies, and protocols

·       Continually monitor categories to maintain required service levels and cost-effectiveness

·       Implement necessary changes in the supplier bases when business cases dictate

·       Partner with Manager on strategic project support including with RFI’s, RFP’s, and RFQ’s

·       Support periodic supplier business reviews and communicate KPI performance internally and externally



·       Bachelor’s degree required- preferably in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management,

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology procurement including negotiating new contracts, and negotiating contract renewals, for hardware, software, licenses, telecom, SaaS, PaaS, and professional services.

·       Strong oral and written communication skills

·       Ability to develop and manage internal and external relationships

·       Execute, prioritize and drive multiple priorities while maintaining project deadlines and momentum

·       Must have proven ability to pivot, reprioritize and execute independently.

·       Strong analytical skills with a methodical, effective approach to problem solving and communicating results to stakeholders

·       Must be a team player

·       Experience using a best in class procurement system such as Ariba is a plus
